On Friday, October 28, the first set of Bayraktar TB2 drones were delivered to the 12th UAV Base in Mirosławiec. The drones were handed over by the Minister of National Defense, Mariusz Błaszczak. Together with the drones, equipment was provided that constituted the necessary elements of military infrastructure to use the Bayraktars’ potential, namely mobile control stations, radars, simulators and spare parts. Earlier, Polish soldiers underwent training in Turkey in the use of TB2. The entire transaction was carried out as a result of an agreement signed by the President during his visit to Turkey in May 2021.
