16 students from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology will compete at SAE Aerodesign in the United States.
The annual SAE Aerodesign competition is a prestigious competition aimed primarily at young aircraft manufacturers. The event partners include Siemens, Solidworks and Lockheed Martin. The event is divided into three classes: Regular, Micro and Advanced. This year, students from the Technical University of Wroclaw are also taking part, starting under the name JetStream.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Academic Air Club of the Technical University of Wroclaw had to take a two-year break from participating in the competition. This year, there will be many debutants for whom the adventure with this event is just beginning.
