The new drone regulations in Poland are getting closer and closer, we already know the Government’s draft amendment to the Aviation Law. The changes are intended to bring the existing regulations in line with EU regulations. The draft now awaits parliamentary proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The draft adapts Polish law to European Union regulations on unmanned aerial vehicles. It is also aimed at increasing the level of safety in civil aviation by adopting solutions that will make it possible to prevent the unlawful performance of operations using an unmanned aircraft system,” the Government Information Centre reports in a press release.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
