The EU Commission issued three implementing regulations on 22 April 2021:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021\/664 of 22 April 2021 on the regulatory framework for U-space;
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021\/665 of 22 April 2021 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017\/373 as regards requirements for air traffic management\/air navigation service providers and other air traffic management network functions in U-space designated in controlled airspace;
Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021\/666 of 22 April 2021 amending Regulation (EU) No 923\/2012 as regards requirements for manned aircraft operating in U-space.
All indicated acts were published in the Official Journal of the EU on 23 April 2021 and will enter into force on 26 January 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U-Space is an automated drone traffic control system, the solution is to ensure the safe and efficient use of autonomous drones in particular for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
