Thanks to the certificate, pilots will have easier access to obtain permission to pilot the device. New Mavic 3 buyers &#8211; and existing owners with an update &#8211; will be able to fly the drone in the A1 Open category. Without the certificate, the category required for the DJI unmanned aerial vehicle would be A2, which requires a much more complicated process to obtain the category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obtaining the certificate was possible thanks to the introduction of a number of changes in the software, improving the Mavic 3&#8217;s safety parameters.
